Q: What if I start L3 Method and get pregnant, can I put my membership on pause?
A: Yes, you can!
Q: What if I don’t have a gym membership? Can I work out from home?
A: Yes! All workouts have both at-home and gym versions.
Q: To be sure, how much private attention do I get?
A: A ton! You will have 6 private 1:1 sessions throughout your 16 week journey. Additionally, you have full Q&A access M–F for weekly check-ins. You’ll feel a level of personalized support some client say they have never felt in their entire lives compared to this experience.
Q: What if I miss one of the huddle calls? Will I have access to a recording?
A: Yes! All calls are recorded and the recordings are made accessible
same day.
Q: There are certain types of exercise I love to do that are unconventional, (i.e. salsa dancing, surfing, golf, rollerblading, etc.) Do I have to forgo what I love in favor of more traditional exercise modalities?
A: No. We are so excited you have found ways to exercise that you truly enjoy. This is the only way to ensure your exercise routine will be sustainable. While we may add other forms of exercise in as your schedule permits, please note that doing what you enjoy should not be put on the back burner. This is what living a fulfilled, happy life is truly all about. <3
