Q: What if I start L3 Method and get pregnant, can I put my membership on pause?
A: Yes, you can!
Q: What if I don’t have a gym membership? Can I work out from home?
A: Yes! All workouts have both at-home and gym versions.
Q: To be sure, how much private attention do I get?
A: A ton! You will have 5 private 1:1 calls throughout your 12 week journey. Additionally, you have full access to your own private coach for weekly check-ins and personal Q & A 24/7, as well as the ability to post questions on all the Slack channels shared within the group. You’ll feel a level of personalized support some members state they have never felt in their entire lives compared to this experience.
Q: What if I miss one of the huddle calls? Will I have access to a recording?
A: Yes! All calls are recorded and the recordings are made accessible
same day.
Q: There are certain types of exercise I love to do that are unconventional, (i.e. salsa dancing, surfing, golf, rollerblading, etc.) Do I have to forgo what I love in favor of more traditional exercise modalities?
A: No. We are so excited you have found ways to exercise that you truly enjoy. This is the only way to ensure your exercise routine will be sustainable. While we may add other forms of exercise in as your schedule permits, please note that doing what you enjoy should not be put on the back burner. This is what living a fulfilled, happy life is truly all about. <3
Q: Do my progress photos have to be posted anywhere?
A: No. We are fully committed to your personal transformation as well as your 100% confidentiality. No photos, images or quotes will ever be shown anywhere without your 100% desire and consent. All photos, quotes and videos seen on our websites and social media platforms were submitted from clients granting us full permission.
