Yesterday, I went live in a private fb group for coaches who work with clients who have binge eating disorder, other emotionally disorded eating, distorted body image, and/or who cut, or used to engage in cutting.

This video was intended to offer supportive insight for these coaches.

My hope by now sharing this on my main page is to offer insight to anyone who may have a loved one who is dealing with this issue.
